What forms of payment can I use to register for ISDC?
The following payment methods are accepted:
Online Registration: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal or cash (no checks).
By Mail: Bank checks, certified checks, and money orders drawn from U.S. banks. Please use certified or registered mail when mailing your payment.
Will I receive my badge prior to ISDC®?
No, all pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk on-site at the hotel during regular conference operation hours.
What do I need to prove that I have already registered?
An email confirmation will be sent upon completing the registration process. Save this email and/or print it. This will be shown to the Registration Desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email, mail, phone or fax. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
Before May 1: Full refund
Between May 1 and May 17: 50% refund (partial)
After May 17: No refund.
When and where does registration open onsite?
Registration will open at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel at 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 25. Pre-registered guests will be able to pick up their badges and registration materials.
When can I sign up for meals and do you offer Kosher or vegetarian dishes?
Every effort will be made to accommodate the following: Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated. There are no refunds for meals and no substitutions after date May 19, 2017.
Exhibits and Sponsorships
On which days will the Exhibit Hall be open?
The Exhibit area will be open for set-up after 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 25 and at 8:00 am on Friday, May 26. All Exhibits must be removed by 5:00 pm on Monday, May 29. Exhibit hours will be Friday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
