Training for the Stars: 7 AM

Liberate yourself from the gravitational pull of your bed and roll into the Fitness Center for out-of-this-world Training for the Stars! Join fitness coach Laura Clancy at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday thru Sunday morning in the Fitness Center for strength and/or interval cardio training.

On Thursday and Saturday morning, Laura will lead a short but effective total body strength training routine designed to increase lean body mass. On Friday and Sunday morning enjoy the 24-48 hour after-burn effects from a nineteen minute interval cardio program designed to reduce body fat.

Worried about managing your personal space/time continuum? No need to fret!! On Thursday and Saturday you’ll be finished by 7:45 a.m. and on Friday and Sunday by 7:30 a.m., which will give you plenty of time to shower and dress for the day’s Plenary Session.
