- Choice of one sandwich (on croissant): Chicken salad, Ham & Cheese, Turkey & Cheese, Veggie (with or without cheese, default is with cheese)
Each sandwich comes with:
- Two sides (typically potato salad and fruit salad)
- Cookie
- Choice of beverage: Water, Diet Pepsi, Pepsi, Sprite or Tea.

Due to security measures at the Gateway Arch, all visitors to the Arch must pass through an airport style security checkpoint. No weapons–including firearms, knives, pepper spray, mace, or electronic weapons–are allowed.
