Richard Witherspoon is a Mission Operations Engineer at Lockheed Martin for the OSIRIS-REx asteroid sample return mission. Previously, Richard was the lead Electrical Test Conductor for OSIRIS-Rex overseeing the powered testing and launch of this unique spacecraft. In his current role, Richard works with mission scientists to plan daily science operations onboard OSIRIS-REx.
